Our Nioka Estate Grown Garlic & Herb Sausages are made using hormone free Black Angus beef, available for pick up only.

Our cattle are grass fed before being finished over 120 days on a grain ration that includes nutrient-rich spent grain from the brewing and distilling process at Hope Estate. This finishing program supports improved marbling and produces beef with fuller flavour, better tenderness and more consistent eating quality.

Made with a traditional garlic and herb seasoning, these sausages are well suited to the BBQ, pan frying or everyday meals.
