Our Nioka Estate Grown Angus Bratwurst Coil is made using hormone free Black Angus beef, available for pick up only.

Bratwurst is a traditional German style sausage known for its coarse texture and mild seasoning. Our bratwurst is made using Nioka Estate grown Angus beef and formed into a large sausage coil, ideal for the BBQ, roasting or slicing into portions.

Our cattle are grass fed before being finished over 120 days on a grain ration that includes nutrient-rich spent grain from the brewing and distilling process at Hope Estate. This finishing program supports improved marbling and produces beef with fuller flavour, better tenderness and more consistent eating quality.
