CLICK & COLLECT 

  • Location: Cellar Door – 2213 Broke Road, Pokolbin NSW (Wed–Sun).
  • Pickup: Wait for your "Ready for Collection" email before coming. Orders placed after 3:30pm Friday are ready the following Wednesday.
Pricing Note: Online pricing and special offers are only guaranteed at the Cellar Door via a pre-placed Click & Collect order.

WAREHOUSE & SHIPPING

  • Dispatch: Packed with care via Australia Post within 3 business days (Mon–Fri). Weekend orders pack the following week.
  • Freight Discounts: Order in pairs (2, 4, 6 cases) to unlock our special Australia Post pair rates. Beer and wine ship separately and cannot be combined into a single pair. Savings apply automatically at checkout.

DELIVERY & COMPLIANCE

  • Requirements: Adult (18+) signature required on delivery. Re-delivery fees apply for returned parcels.
  • Coverage: NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS, and Perth Metro/Geraldton (WA). We do not ship to the NT or remote restricted areas.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Metro: 4–8 business days
    • Regional: 5–10 business days
Remote: 7–13 business days

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Our policy: Please order carefully as all sales are final and not subject to refund except to the extent of Australian Consumer Law.
