Milk Stout is a traditional sweet style of stout, and this is the modern version. Brewed with milk sugar and infused with cocoa and vanilla extract, a velvety smooth porter with authentic chocolate flavours and a smooth lingering finish.
4 x JAFFA CHOC PORTER — 6.0%
First batch of our Jaffa Porter, brewed with milk sugar and infused with cocoa and orange. Velvety smooth, rich chocolate orange flavours, a real sweet treat and a proper winter beer.
4 x IMPERIAL BARREL AGED STOUT — 9.5%
The Imperial version of our Extra Stout. A harmony of hops and malts, aged in reclaimed French oak barrels to add complexity without any oaky dominance. Imperial, next level, strong.
4 x JET RED — 11.1% | 111 IBU | 34 EBC
Its twin, and every bit as loud. A Triple Red IPA loaded with hops and malt, bright citrus riding on red and black malts that give it depth most beers this size never find.
4 x JET BLACK — 11.1% | 111 IBU | 111 EBC
Bold and noisy just like a jet. A massive Triple Black IPA, intense and resinous, held together by 111 IBU of bitterness and landing perfectly despite the altitude.
4 x WHISKEY CASK STOUT — 15.0% | 60 IBU | 150+ EBC
The second release of our 2024 Anniversary stout, aged in a Hope Whiskey Cask 10 Year Old, tight grain medium-toast American hogshead. Black with mahogany hues, vanilla and toasted oak on the nose, and a luscious, intense, lingering palate.
